TDS students go to a variety of local high schools, including independent, public, and charter schools.

Many students attending public schools attend magnet programs or career pathway programs such as the Riverside High School STEM program.

In recent years, we have had the highest number of students attend Durham Academy, Trinity School, Cardinal Gibbons, East Chapel Hill High School, Jordan High School, Riverside High School, Durham School of the Arts, and Research Triangle High School.
