Lower School Chorus began this week.
33 students showed up at 8:00AM to sing and be a part of our school choir! This group, directed by Ms. Bassler and open to 3rd, 4th and 5th graders, will rehearse two mornings per week and perform at various times throughout the year. With more than half of our students choosing to sing, it bodes well for the future of the performing arts at TDS.
Our Middle School chorus recently performed “The Star Spangled Banner” at a Durham Bulls Game despite the weather delay. We look forward to more special events like this in the near future.
