We have been so fortunate to welcome Mrs. Lowe as our new Kindergarten assistant this year! Not only is she extremely dedicated to all of our Kindergarten students, but to our TDS community as a whole. I am especially grateful for Mrs. Lowe’s “can do” attitude, as she really works to make each day great for her students. We are so glad to have her aboard!
Where were you on your teaching journey before joining us at TDS?
Before joining TDS, I taught at the Lerner Jewish Community Day School for 6 years.
What is your favorite thing about TDS so far?
I enjoy working with the TDS community of dedicated educators, amazing students and families!
Family and Pets?
I have 2 children (ages 15 and 13)
2 cats – brother and sister named Luke and Leia
2 dogs – Seraphina the Renaissance Princess and our newest chocolate labrador puppy, Daphne Winter
Hobbies and Interests?
I enjoy sewing and creating art, taking long walks, riding my spin bike, and spending time with my family and animals.

Food: dark chocolate
Drink: coffee
Movie: any 80’s movies
Team: Green Bay Packers!
Fun Facts?
- After learning to play the classical violin as a child, I switched to fiddle lessons in college with a bluegrass band.
- I am a retired indoor cycling (spinning) instructor!
- I performed in The Nutcracker with Triangle Youth Ballet several years ago.
