The best-selling author and illustrator Shannon Hale and LeUyen Pham, authors of Best Friends and Real Friends, presented to 2nd-6th graders this week. The students were excited to learn about how these authors used personal experiences to write their stories and the important lessons about perseverance (check out all those book rejection letters Shannon saved!) and finding your own path. We will have signed copies on sale through next week in the library!
