In our Lower School, we intentionally foster vibrant classroom communities where students learn to positively impact their peers, their school, and the wider world. Each day opens with a meaningful Morning Meeting to set intentions and share authentic greetings, creating a strong foundation of belonging. When conflicts arise, our teachers and staff use restorative practices to pause, unpack key moments, and turn challenges into growth opportunities. This daily support is paired with our weekly Reflections class led by the school counselor—a dedicated space where students navigate everything from friendship dynamics to family transitions, all while exploring identity, character development, and future aspirations.
